Login issues for certain user groups
We are currently experiencing login issues with the myKomax login for certain user groups. Mainly affected are users with two active email accounts (for example @komaxgroup.com and @adaptronic.de - other organizations possibly affected too), as there are discrepancies between the user data in myKomax and the data provided from Kampus required for SSO-Login. We are working on solving this issue together with the myKomax team and will inform the affected user base once the issue is solved.
You are affected by this issue if you try to log in and see the message "User not found".
Login-Probleme für bestimmte User-Gruppen
Aktuell treten beim Login über myKomax für bestimmte User-Gruppen Probleme auf. Betroffen sind hauptsächlich User mit zwei aktiven E-Mail-Konten (z.B. @komaxgroup.com und @adaptronic.de - möglicherweise auch weitere Organisationen), da es Abweichungen zwischen den Benutzerdaten in myKomax und den aus Kampus für das SSO-Login bereitgestellten Daten gibt. Wir arbeiten gemeinsam mit dem myKomax-Team an der Lösung dieses Problems und informieren die betroffenen User, sobald die Störung behoben ist.
Du bist von diesem Problem betroffen, wenn du dich versuchst einzuloggen und die Meldung "User nicht gefunden" / "User not found" siehst.

Simplified login process: all current users (Komax Group employees and distributors) now use a standardized login method via myKomax using SSO.
